“Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:39).
This is the verse that inspired the team of VBS leaders as they developed the theme for Deep Sea Adventure: Exploring the Depth of Jesus’ Love. Deep Sea Adventure leads kids into exploring the depth of Jesus’ love. It is an extreme surfing, deep-diving, ocean-exploring, high seas adventure. The story begins when three young extreme surfers (Buster, Andy, and Juan) discover the underwater city of Shellville fifty miles off shore while they are extreme surfing. Your own VBS kids (divers) will follow the fun and whimsical adventures of Buster, Andy and Juan, and the delightful talking sea life creatures of Shellville. Our three extreme surfers become three extreme scuba divers as they follow their new friends to Shellville and experience deep sea adventures together. While the divers are going on a deep sea adventures with the extreme surfers, little divers will join Sid and Simon on their own deep sea adventure. Deep Sea Adventure will help your divers explore for themselves how nothing can separate us from the depth of Jesus’ love. And they will learn from the Bible stories that Jesus makes an eternal, life-changing difference in their lives! Each day, divers at Deep Sea Adventure will visit one of four highly energetic VBS sites, including: Goldfish Gym (Games), Shark Bites (Snacks and Object Lessons), Coral Crafts (Crafts and Community Services), and the Treasure Chest (Bible Memory and L.I.F.E. [Live It Faithfully Everyday] Challenges). So welcome to the Deep Sea Adventure. Grab your scuba gear and begin sharing Jesus’ love with the divers who come for a week of life-changing, Bible-based underwater fun! Registration is FREE. Just go to our Registration Page. |
