Looking to join our team of caregivers?

    We are always on the look-out for qualified persons who will join our team, particularly those who are interested in working in a supportive team environment for an extended period of time.  We don't think in terms of months; we think in terms of years.  Our pastor has been here 24 years, our director has been here 9 years.  We are not interested in hiring someone for a few months (unless it is strictly for a summer position). 

    For us, the ideal caregiver will be someone who has already obtained their Early Childhood Diploma or is actively working towards receiving it (i.e, going to school part time).  By being enrolled in Early Childhood Development you're indicating your earnestness in furthering your education and becoming a true professional caregiver.  If that describes you, and if you are comfortable working in a Christian setting, then we would certainly love to hear from you.

    Our rates of pay depend entirely on your level of child care certification.  If you have the ECD diploma, your earnings will be respectable.
