                                                                          Details....

                                                                          Costs:
                                                                          Registration: $159 USD per couple
Transportation to Anchorage: $100 - $125 per couple (depending how many go).
Hotel in Anchorage: $65 - $110 / night per couple (depending where we stay).
Total: All costs, for three nights at an off-site hotel would be approx. $454 USD.  Note: last time I went, we stayed off site and it was no problem at all.

                                                                          Dates:
We could leave Whitehorse EARLY on Friday April 27 (5:00 am) and get to Anchorage in time for the evening registration and session OR we could leave a day earlier and have Friday for shopping in Anchorage.
                                                                          AND
We could leave Anchorage either immediately after the session ends on Sunday (getting back to Whitehorse very late Sunday night) OR we could stay an extra night in Anchorage and leave Anchorage Monday morning, arriving in Whitehorse Monday night.

                                                                          Are you ready to register?

We have a "group" rate already established with FamilyLife.

First, go to their Registration Page.  The first listing will be for the Weekend to Remember in Anchorage, Alaska.  Click "register for getaway" under 04/27/2012 thru 04/29/2012.  You will be taken to their registration page.

Once you start registering, the first step will confirm the event information.  You should see "Anchorage Marriott Downtown".  Fill in your information.  Important: for Group Name, enter WhitehorseNazarene and when you come to payments, instead of charging $159 per person, it will charge $79.50 per person.

When you get to Step 2, you will need to enter your contact information.  You'll need to select "Canada" as your country and "Not in USA" for your state.  However, down near the bottom it will ask you your "Church State".  Here they don't give you the option of "Not in USA" so I would just put "AK" (for Alaska).  For Church City, you can put "Whitehorse".  I'm sure they will figure it out.

Step 3 will be your payment details.  It should be $159 for a couple (if you included the group name WhitehorseNazarene).

The registration fee is only for the conference.  We will register at a hotel together as a group (unless you want to take care of that on your own as well, you can certainly do that).  The conference hotel is $105/night - but we can probably get something significantly lower in price.   We'll deal with the accommodations closer to April.

That should do it for now.
