Work & Witness - Trinidad 2026

Picture
Where? Caribbean Nazarene College in Cantaro, Trinidad

Work? The college residence and front entrance need renovations. This includes painting, tiling floors, and minor plumbing.

Witness? There is a seniors home adjacent to the college. They, like many seniors, are lonely and need connection. Anything we can do to help with that would be appreciated.

Accommodations? Residences on campus, which have a fridge and stove. These rooms do not have AC but they do have fans. The temperature is 27-30 degrees year round, but lots of humidity. For food, we have three options.
  1. Have all three meals catered (a bit more expensive).
  2. Buy groceries and do our own cooking - if we choose this, we may want one or two people to come along just to take care of food.
  3. Cater one meal a day (usually lunch), then take care of breakfast and supper on our own. Barbara mentioned this is the most popular option.
