Squanga
The property is on the Alaska Highway about 25 KM past Jakes Corner.
You will get to the Squanga Lake Campground (on the left), then there is a road immediately after the campground (on the left) and then another road about half a KM past the campground (also on the left). It is this second road that you want.
There is a grey mailbox at the intersection; and as you look to the left you'll see two roads (like a fork in the road).
The one on the far left says "Private Road". That's the road you want!

My best guess is that this road cuts right through the property and leads to the lake at the end. At the end of this road there is a house, which I believe, is on lot 1021. It looks to me like the owners of lot 1021 use this road to access their house. They can also access their house from the first road after the campground.
As you go up this road, you will find many "campsites" with electric outlets and water hookups. On the left side you will find a vitually fallen over main electric hookup, which I believe serves all the other electric posts on the property.
I found several survey posts in the ground. Look for metal posts or wooden stakes (with red paint) and you'll find the survey post on the ground.

On the right side of the road (or driveway) it is mostly cleared (or at least there are clearings) where there are electric posts and water lines.
On the left side of the driveway, it looks undeveloped (forest).
If you do go out to Squanga.... remember there is no cell service there. Cell service ends a little ways past Jakes Corner.
