Night 65 - March 2
Manafest Concert: What an awesome time we had at the Manafest Concert! Oh, and in case you're wondering who Manafest is, check out there website - www.manafest.ca. Manafest is a Christian rap/hip-hop artist who shares Gods love through his music. There were so many people at Riverdale Baptist church the two nights he was here - hopefully he'll come back soon!

Night 66 - March 9
Wide Games/Birthday Night: For the first time in ages, we played hide and go seek in the dark. Megan was it at one point, and everybody had fun scaring her when she walked by. We played a game called David, Goliath, and Saul as well. It's sort of like rock, paper, scissors, but you're in teams. David beats Goliath, Goliath beats Saul, and Saul beats David. Once both teams are facing each other, everybody acts out the character their team picked. The team whose character beats the other runs after the other team and tries to tag them before they enter a safety zone. Anyone caught before entering the safety zone is moved to the other team, and the game continues until everybody is on one team - in which case everyone wins! After playing the games we had a devotional which was a little different. We watched an I Love Lucy episode that had to do with ambition, and then discussed the topic. We concluded the night with some brownies and sang happy birthday to the birthday kids.

Night 67 - March 16
Bottle Drive: This was the second time we've done a bottle drive on a Friday night. Not many people showed up, but that didn't stop us from getting a lot done. We split up into two teams, and Clayton drove the van around collecting the bottles from us. The first few houses were amazing, we got so many bags of pop cans, bottles, and other things. Even if their wern't any bottles at a house, the people were very friendly. Some of us stopped by the house of a lady we know, and got cookies! After we finally dropped off the last bags at the church, we did our devotional and had some fudge. The best part of the night was being able to talk to people, and reflect God's love to them.

Night 68 - March 23
Progressive Dinner: Nobody went hungry during the progressive dinner, and we had one more teen than last year! You can check out what we did last year by clicking here. The first course of the meal was the appatizer. The appatizer was held at the pastors house, where mini pizza's were served along with potatoe slices and chips. The second course was the main course. For the main course we went to the Chambers house, where we were served tasty taco salad. Last year we had our main course at the Chambers house as well, but now they are at a different house. Finally, we went to the last house for desert. What a desert it was! Before we dug in, we sang Our God is an Awesome God. There were so many great treats, that it felt like a meal in itself. This is the house where we had our devotional. What a blessing the evening was. I am thankful that God provided hosts for the dinner.

Night 69 - March 30
Balloon Olympics: The Balloon Olympics was a Blast... hahaha. Anyway, before we started our balloon Olympics we went downtown to the United Church to sing some songs for a group. We sang Days of Elijah, He is Wonderful, and Our God is an awesome God. Also, we had two special requests to sing you are my sunshine and the Wheels on the bus... those were automatic hits! It was great to be able to outreach to people. Afterwards we went to the church and started our balloon Olympics. The first game we played was a balloon relay. The second game we played was balloon volleyball. The third game we played was balloon stomp. The fourth game we played was balloon musical chairs, and the fifth game we played was balloon sumo wrestling. Thanks Clayton for all your hard work!
