Night 58 - January 12
Movie Night: We watched a very good movie called "Last Flight Out."
It's about someone who is asked my a man to go into a dangerous jungle and bring back his daughter who is serving as a nurse, because the jungle is being attacked.
The only problem is that the lady feels God wants her to stay put, even though it is dangerous, because there are men and women in the jungle who need her medical talent and God's love.
As the man persists in bringing back this woman, he begins to realize that the residents in the jungle need the nurse, the jungle residents need him, and that he needs God.
It's a great movie, and I recommend it to anyone.
Night 59 - January 19
Games/Movie Night:
There were a few things going on around the church during youth group.
A few people went and watched a movie, while some youth played the game where you silently pretend your someone or something and the other people try to guess who or what you are, and some of us played Mad Gabb, Yahtzee, and games like that.
It was pretty fun and relaxing.
Night 60 - January 26
Swimming: Once again we went to the Canada Game Center and enjoyed a good swim.
For the first time ever, Megan came swimming with us!!
Because dodge ball wasn't on in the gym afterwards, we went to the church and had a devotional there.
The topic was rumors, so we watched Larry Boy and the Rumor Weed - Yee Haa!!
