Night 40 - August 11
Well, this night was our BBQ and Birthday night, which we celebrated at the Chambers house! It was a lot of fun. Before we ate hotdogs and hamburgers, we hung out in the back yard and played B-Ball, tag, and things like that. The food was very good, Megan cooked everything all by herself! Yah Megan! After a little while we had birthday cake and celebrated Pastor Norman's birthday! Happy birthday Pastor Norm! After that we had a devotional on Generosity. It was very, very good.
Night 41 - August 18
This was the very first anniversary of our youth group!
It was a year ago, about, that our youth group started. We played the same game we played a year ago - X's & O's. We were given a piece of paper, and we had to go through the woods searching for the adult that would sign our paper with an "O", then we had to run back to the church (without getting caught) to get the signature of another person, who would sign it with an "X". After we had both an X and O, we would get a point, and so it agian! It was fun!
