Night 13- January 6
Junk Food! Games! How can youth group not be fun with that? We had an awsome night playing games such as spoons (a very wild, loud, and dangerous game), Monopoly (much more quite), and a few other thrilling games! There was a TON of junk food, and even a brownie cake made by one of the youth!
Night 14- January 13
At an arena in Porter Creek we went skateing and some of us played a bit of hockey. It was cold but we managed, A few of us even went to the park! After that we went to the church and had hot chocholate, which was very good. After all that we sat down for a bible study, and discussed the youth convention for this year.
Night 15- January 20
On this day we celebrated someones birthday at the church. We played "how well do you know the birthday person". On this game we needed to answer questions about the birthday person, such as "What's her middle name" or "If she could be a bug, what would she be" or "what's her favorite animal". We also played pin the tail on the donkey, and nearly pinned it on the youth leader a few times. There were balloons (most popped in the first ten minutes), party hats, cake, chips, pop, and all sorts of goodies!!
Night 16- January 27
We went bowling again, but this time with the Whitehorse Baptist Youth Group!
It was great, we broke up into teams and took up about 5 lanes. There were people from each youth group on each team. There were many strikes, and the pastor even got one! After bowling we went to the Whitehorse Baptist church and had sundays! There were so many toppings and they were so yummy! After our ice cream we all got together and had a time of worship. We sang a few songs, ad after taht went our seperate ways. What an fun night!
