Night 9- December 2
For the first youth event in December we went to the big, giant Canada Winter Games Center. We went speeding down the slide, swirling in the lazy river, jumping in the pool, doing backflips off the diving board, hung out in the steamroom and sauna, and went in the hot tub. After that we went to the gym and and played a few games of dogeball. It was GREAT.
Night 10- December 9
Jeopardy night was awsome! The guys won round one, with the girls winning the second round. We played hide and seek in the dark, also playing sardines (which no one really won), then we played win-loose-draw. Lots of prizes were given out, the best prize was silly string.
Night 11- December 16
Christmas Party! We all met at the church and drove out of town to a horse ranch. The horses took us for a few rides, while others had snacks and pop. We enjoyed a gift exchange, and we made a nice fire for hot dogs. Find some photos here.
Night 12- December 23
We were planning on caroling, but plans changed and the youth got together and watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the church.
